Dan Gipple

Dan is the lead facilitator and lead developer of Acclaria FastPath approach. Dan is an active serial entrepreneur, motivational speaker as a well as a well-recognised management team facilitator/business planner. Dan considers his active investment in and involvement in new ventures essential to his ability to “keep in the zone” of the needs and issues facing senior business leaders and owners today. Dan is also a specialist in the areas of proposition/brand development, services packaging, customer loyalty/retention and behaviour change.

Over the years, Dan has led dozens of strategic interventions for companies of all sizes in all kinds of situations and sectors. Some of these clients include the Maersk Oil, Climate KIC EU Consortium, Royal Bank of Scotland, Qinetiq, Daimler Chrysler, The University of Surrey and a number of WPP Group companies (Young & Rubicam, J. Walter Thompson UK, Spafax, etc.), and many spinouts and startups funded by the CarbonTrust Incubation Programme, SEEDA, InvestNI, FinanceWales, BAE, etc.

Dan is an ex-AT&T international executive and former board director of 3 Top 5 UK Direct Marketing/Advertisting Agencies (Ogilvy, Y&R etc). He sold his first major venture, NMT Ltd. to Concept! AG, part of the WPP stable in 2000 and he has over 20 years UK board experience. Dan also serves on the occasional charitable board and is an active lay preacher in Reading, Berkhire area.
