WPP is the largest Marketing and Advertising Agency in the world. It is made up of well over 100 agencies.
Part of the WPP Group, Spafax is the leading In-Flight Entertainment Agency in the world. However, their market space was limited to the number of airlines, which in turn, limited their opportunities for growth. Over a five year on-going engagement, we helped them develop a brand new business proposition and helped them build a 5 year business strategy and operational plan to deliver it. Working closely with the leadership team we delivered two Strategic Alignment Workshops, helped consolidate an integrated change plan and build a new HR strategy. We facilitated workshops on Team Development, Opportunities Prioritisation, Communications and Process Mapping and Design.
Part of the WPP, Y&R/Wunderman engaged Acclaria to help them build a long-term integrated Strategic Intent and help the leaders to build a strong European Leadership team to deliver it. The project included Team & Culture Development Workshops and Communication planning Sessions. We also coached the members of the management team through the process, including a long term coaching engagement with the Y&R Europe CEO.
