This successful Virtual Network Operator was planning to float on the London Stock Exchange. Over a two year on-going engagement, we helped them build a new business strategy and adjust the mind-set and leadership style of the leadership team in preparation for the Company’s float. We worked with the leadership team to rapidly change the business and coached them through the process. We helped consolidate an integrated change plan, designed a new HR infrastructure, delivered workshops on Team Development, Communications and Process Mapping and Design. We also re-designed the company’s business development processes, HR Strategy and communication processes. After a very successful float, VM went on to acquire NTL.
