RWE npower is an integrated UK energy company. They supply gas, electricity and related services to residential and business customers and operate and manage a portfolio of coal, gas and oil-fired power stations and manage a portfolio of cogeneration plant. We were engaged by the MD of their Renewables Division to help with senior team development and advise them on how to build a work environment to attract and retain their best talent. Over a 12 months engagement, we worked closely with the senior team and their direct reports and helped them build and implement a number of frameworks, including for team-working, culture development, organisation environment and change engagement.
