Established in 1962, Maersk Oil is a Danish upstream oil and gas company owned by the A. P. Moller-Maersk Group. They are an international organisation with operations in Europe, US, Middle East, South America and Africa. They specialise in turning marginal and challenging fields into commercial successes. They focus on pioneering technologies and harnessing talent to continue to operate safely and successfully. We were engaged by the senior executive team to facilitate the development of a new Strategic Intent (Purpose, Vision, Mission, Goals/Objectives and Strategies) and help them build the relevant operational plans to implement them. We facilitated 4 strategic alignment workshops, and other workshops including on brand, cultural development, communication, senior team development and peer to peer coaching. We conducted a culture audit and coached the senior management team and worked with their direct reports to build an integrated change plan including a new internal and external communication infrastructure.
