While profitable, the UK division of this software business was not growing as fast as it could and needed a new growth strategy. Over a yearlong engagement we helped the leadership team to align behind a new business strategy and build a revised work environment. Having delivered a Strategic Alignment Workshop, we helped consolidate the change plan, design and build a new Customer Services group and delivered workshops on Team Development, Branding, Opportunities Prioritisation and Communications. We also facilitated the re-design of the company’s HR Strategy and communication & PR processes. We continued to coach all members of the leadership team during this period.
