OUR APPROACH

Phase 1: We begin the process by dynamic facilitation of a 2 day high impact/high depth analysis and planning workshop, taking your team through our 12 linked modules. At the end of this 2 day workshop your team will have a strategy, a go-to market plan, and an implementation plan.

Phase 2: The strategic outputs and reports lead to the near term completion of a series of team driven developmental and validation exercises.

Phase 3: Your team executes its own improvement programme over the next 6-12 months. During this period, we provide specific subject matter exercises, models and validation techniques to support the team, work-streams and core tasks moving forward. We also provide planned regular coaching oversight session with work-stream leaders as needed.
